The managing staff does a fabulous job. Family room had all necessary amenities. We were in a marvellous location. The restaurant was located within 900 feet. Worth its 3 stars.

This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms, with toiletries and towels provided, ensures a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, right in the center of Muar, with easy access to the bus station for those traveling to KL International airport. Plus, the river view from the rooms on the 2nd floor is a bonus.
The only minor improvement could be having a bathroom door.

The welcome drinks and small goodie packs were a nice touch. The antique style decor added character to the hotel. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants.
The cleanliness of the rooms and toilets fell short. The walls and floors were dirty, and the toilet was yellowish.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. I was impressed with the value for money. The prices were very reasonable for what you get. Secondly, the attention to detail was excellent. The hotel had basic amenities that were well-maintained, and I appreciated that my room had a window with a view. It made the room feel much better. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was situated in the center of Muar, a business area with easy access to transportation, including a bus station across the road with regular service to KL International airport. I found the service and staff to be friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was satisfying.
All was fine.

The staff was really nice and helpful. They offered free snacks in the lobby and gave us free maps and coupons for the nearby restaurants. the hotel is located in a great area with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars closeby. the room had a great AC system that kept us cool during the hot weather.
The room was way too small for two people and there was no room to move around. the shower had a weak and low stream of water and the bathroom was not very clean.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and gave us useful information about the city. The hotel location is convenient as it is near downtown area, shops and the main street. We enjoyed the cleanliness and facilities of the rooms, including the TV in the attic room.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the prices were extremely reasonable for the value we received. The attention to detail was impressive, with beautiful interior designs and quirky elements throughout the property. The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel warmly welcomed during our stay. Additionally, the location was perfect with many cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was just a short walk to the stunning Tanjung Emas where we could enjoy the sunset.
The only minor drawback I found was the limited space in the rooms. Despite this, the hotel made up for it with its comfortable beds, clean facilities, and basic amenities provided.

the staff was lovely, friendly, and efficient, providing us with souvenirs and vouchers. the interior design of the room was beautiful and had everything we needed, including comfortable pillows and a lovely shower.
We found the parking situation inconvenient as we had to cross a busy street to get a parking ticket from staff every time.
